Summer Swim Haul
Truth time: I spend countless hours looking for the perfect swim suit. Not limited to summer months, either because #floridianlife.
I have always purchased 10 when looking for one, and returned all but one or two. I don’t know if it’s the indecisiveness or the FOMO fear of knowing there’s one more out there. There I said it.
As we get ready for a week at the beach in St. George Island, and countless beach trips this summer (oh, and for the next 3 years in Guam…LOL) I’m stocking up.
Suits pictured above are my tried and true collection from Billabong, Target, Aerie and Lulu’s but I’m excited to save up for a new Vitamin A suit and shop local with Label B, a sustainable Jacksonville suit brand!
Overall, with the new trends and styles, here’s what I’m looking for:
One pieces that don’t show my entire behind….sigh
One high-waisted two-piece bikini that has moderate coverage on the back side
Timeless designs: stripes, solids and moderate floral patterns
Bandeau tops with tiny straps to eliminate those pesky tan lines
With that in mind, I put together a list of bikinis, one pieces and beach style I cannot wait to build up in my summer wardrobe! See below and I’m sure you’ll see my favorites & purchases styled in Instagram posts shortly. ;)
Cover Ups & Hats
Here’s to a long, slow summer full of tan lines and beach days galore.
